Info Lab is a full-stack, done-for-you info marketing and sales agency. Ads, content, funnels, systems, webinars, and the sales team that turns all of it into cash. Everything for an info offer except fulfillment, built and operated by us.
We keep the sales roster tight. Fewer reps means more leads per rep. More leads per rep means the people who can actually perform make significantly more money. That is the model and it works in your favor if you are good.
You are not applying to a single offer. You are applying to the agency.
We run several client offers at once, each with its own market, price point, and lead volume. Where you land is a placement decision we make based on your application, your interview, and what you show us early. Track record helps you get placed on a stronger offer faster. It does not get you the seat by default.
You are a closer. Booked calls come from our setters, already opted in through our funnels and qualified before they reach your calendar. You run the call start to finish, handle objections that come up, collect payments, and onboard prospects.
Most days your calendar is full. On the days it is not, cash still needs to hit the board. That means your follow up pipeline, your no shows, and your open deals. A light calendar is not a day off.
Monday through Saturday, 8 to 10 hours a day. Sunday is off unless you choose otherwise, and some people here do.
Be clear on what those hours are. They are not hours logged at a desk. Ten hours with nothing to show for them is worth less to us than six hours that moved deals. We measure output, not attendance.
The day opens with your sales manager. Camera on, going over yesterday's performance, direct notes on what changes today. Then you are on calls. Between calls you are updating your pipeline, filing your reports, and working follow ups. Every lead gets worked until it is a yes or a real no.
OTE is $6K to $10K a month, commission fully uncapped. Comp varies by offer, which is another reason placement matters. Your output determines your check. Nobody caps what you can make and nobody carries you to it.
The infrastructure is already built. Systemized, automated, documented. You are not walking into chaos and reverse engineering a process.
What we need from you is speed and competence. Not after a two week settling period.
You start from zero. Cash volume, who trained you, who referred you, none of it carries over. Everyone earns their position here from a standing start.
How long that takes is entirely up to you. Some reps make it obvious inside three days and get moved onto priority leads that week. Some take two months. Both happen, and the difference is how quickly you absorb the process and execute it.
Speed. Requests get answered in minutes, not hours. If something needs a response mid-day, we are not waiting until you check your messages tonight. The same applies to the process itself. If the data mid-week shows we are leaking money, the process changes before the week ends.
Integrity. This role is fully remote, which means the standard has to hold with nobody watching. The calls happen or they do not. The reports are accurate or they are not. There is no version of this where the numbers look good and the work behind them did not happen.
Ownership. Bringing us the call you lost before we find it. Naming the part of your process you are struggling with instead of waiting for someone to catch it. When something is off, the first question is what you did, not what the leads were like.
Growth. Sales performance is downstream of how you operate generally. Discipline, health, and standards outside of work show up on the calls whether you want them to or not. That is the ceiling most reps hit and never diagnose.
Data over opinion. Yours, mine, the marketer's. If the numbers say one thing and instinct says another, we run the numbers.
CRM updated in real time. Not at end of day, not from memory. End of call report after every call. Pipeline stays current.
Numbers are reviewed daily. If something slips and we see it before you flag it, that is a problem on its own.
Camera on. Every training, every review, every call.
Feedback is direct and specific. You will hear exactly what is wrong and what has to change. If the instinct is to defend rather than fix, this is not the seat.
Submit the application. Every one gets reviewed.
